You were supposed to cook the noodles first thats why they had the flour residue on them. that way next time they won't burn like they did.

They are no boil noodles. You just thaw them and there is not pre-cooking necessary

RAO's is a famous family restaurant in New York City. Not just everyone can just walk in because it is strictly a neighborhood restaurant and you would need a reservation. This is by far my sister's favorite place to eat when she goes to New York City at Christmas time. RAO' s also has a cookbook for sale in most stores, including Amazon. Highly recommend.

Super good as always! But I’m italian and i dont know why in your lasagna’s recipe there is ricotta... In Italy we use “besciamella” a sauce made with milk,flour and butter (i’m sure there is a vegan option in you search in the internet) and it’s creamy

very nice Lasagne recreation .🙌🏼👏🏼🙌🏼👏🏼💓💓it' s really cool watching someone doing italian things and also really similar to haw we do here good job you can also try GF Besciamella if you could find it where u live... or also doing by yourself is really super easy u need only rice flour, soy/rice milk and oil is more liquidy than the ricotta and easier to spread, also the flavour is more like our italian Lasagne, and the raguuuu is amazing you done really well
