Will be reading Atomic Habits. The theory sounds good. Oh my goodness! The leg room in the bus! Im 6"1 tall will i even be able to use the bus in Egypt?! Wow. High intensity intervals are the best. I found it really improved my breathing when i apply this method of training.

In regards to institutes for arabic launguage, I would recommend you to Fajr Institute in nasr city. I say that because they've been teaching foreigners for a long time and is one of the most recognized programs in Egypt (that I know of). I don't know much about places by the Nile unfortunately. And for the visa, you'll get an entry visa when you arrive for 30 days that will cost you $25. After the 30 days is up, you'll have to go to the government building to renew the visa. They'll typically give you 6 months on the first go. Hope this helps
