When I had sickness with my daughter especially at night the nurse told me that if you can stand it sit outside in the cold , when you get cold and shiver it naturally stops the sick feeling and stops the feeling of nausea x

Poor poppy Jay is a lightweight he can’t manage two at the park 😂I used to send my hubby with 5 under 7 😂😂number 6 came a few years later I need to send him to train Jay poppy ❤xxx

Seeing Poppy like this takes me straight back, feeling nausea all day every day is just horrendous. Ginger biscuits helped a little for me. I really hope it gets better for you Pops 🫶 and well done Jay for supporting her so well. I couldn't have done it without my other half ❤️

I had awful nausea all the way through my pregnancy, expert midwife do ginger and lemon melts for sickness and they were an absolute life saver! Also sprite and werthers orignals! Hope you start feeling better soon ❤

Seeing you like this brings back the horrific memories of having HG throughout my pregnancy bless your heart Poppy. I have said I am one and done after how awful I felt, and here you are showing us how it’s done for the third time! Just want to say how refreshing it is to see Jay looking after the girls and putting the washing on and running your vinted errands for you whilst you’re not feeling great. Tbh it is his fault though 💦😂🤣

My partner and I have used hello fresh a few times and find the veg and meat don’t have for long dates. Our spinach has gone off soooo quickly we had to bin it. Such a shame as we often like the meals

I just got my rainbow baby after a long time trying and chemical pregnancy, followed all your journeys and was there for comfort when experiencing loss’ of my own. You are such a down to earth, relatable family and couple and I’ve been binging your channel on maternity leave and SO enjoy watching from the start of seeing Rosa grow to having Frankie. Poppy, I have this feeling that you're gonna have a boy this time. I don't know why but when I saw you on this video, I can sense the baby is a boy. Also, when I was pregnant with my second child, I was so nauseous all the time and I only drink iced tea. I was never like that during my first pregnancy which is a girl. Even water makes me vomit! And guess what? I have a boy! You'll get better soon xx

I’ve had hyperemisis which sadly ended in too many hospital trips and sadly a termination of a very wanted baby. My best advice is really advocate for yourself and join some hyperemisis groups. It takes a village and after just finding out in the last few days I’m pregnant I’m also preparing for another potential HG pregnancy again. Really thinking of you ❤❤❤
