Hey Twitch...I want to get your honest opinion....I'm 6'5 and 265lbs. I raced amateur class at Red Bud on my 250 2stroke back in the day. I haven't been on a mx bike in 25yrs, and I'm going to get back into it to have some fun with my kids. Lots of sand pits, dunes, trails, and mid level mx tracks. I want a four stroke this time around, and not sure if it should be a new 250 or 450..What do you think?

JOHNNY D if you were comfortable on a 250 2 stroke which from your post I’m sure you were I’d ride someone’s 250 2 stroke for a day or 2 just get the feel back and get a 450. I had a few 125s, ,3 250 2 strikes which were awesome btw, and 4 450s. To me there’s nothing better than sinking a 450 in a deep rut in a corner and just lugging in 3rd all the way through its addicting ha

Twitch any tips you got for me doing a backflip on a kx450. April I'm doing it. It will be my first trick lmao will also be my first vid for my channel. It's a small flip btw. Medium in my opinion but in all honesty the jump is small.

I've tried twice on my 450 but never got it on video 😬 my ramp was pretty small, next time I'm going to go bigger and try and land it but my advice is depending on the size of the ramp just lean back, and pretty much try and loop the bike out right before you take off, if that makes sense. My jump wasn't big enough and I face planted both times but next time I try with a slightly bigger jump I'm sure it'll work great ✌🏻
