I do a Retuxinab treatment 3x a year as part of my lupus treatment to prevent flare ups, I’ve been doing them for a few years now & they make such a world of difference for me!

@@Whossheyenne are you taking Hydroxychloroquin as well? I'm on the highest dose ontop of heart med blood med phlebotomy therapy muscle relaxers nerve meds the list goes on and I still flare quite often

@@elenaandrew8414 I’m sorry to hear that, I know how much it’s helped me but I also know it doesn’t work for everyone & unfortunately the treatment is not considered a standard lupus treatment so I know it’s hard to get approved through insurance.

I had the infusions last year after a huge lupus nephritis flare. Fortunately we have hospital beds so it’s easier to sleep through it. Best wishes to you ❤
