I nursed for 18 months. I had to avoid all foods which cause gas. Nuts and protein is important. Hopefully you are continuing your prenatal vitamins so you do not get too fatigued. God gives new mothers extra energy to get through these sleepless days.

Make sure you are drinking plenty of water WHILE you're pumping, and while you're nursing. I nursed 2 babies (not twins) from 1993 until 1999. Pumped 6-8 ounces every time.

Have you tried Traditional Medicinal Mothers Milk Tea/ and or Fenugreek supplements for an increased milk supply? Also stay hydrated with plenty of water. It really helps. You’re going well Mama✨✨✨
