First, you’re hilarious! Second I’m from USA and we have a vest for physical therapy or chest percussion. I find it eye opening that you are simply required to basically exercise. Must be another symptom of lazy Americans 😜. My son , 8, has CF and we do cpt or the vest twice per day. Do Brits even know if this? Do some have it? Why don’t you? Will you be my best friend? As far as my understanding goes, the physios here tell us that doing the vest is very similar to doing something like the Aerobika, as I guess it is essentially just vibrating the lungs! I don't think there's much difference between them. Apparently...! Aww I'm super glad you found my channel too, and I hope your son is doing well!!

Kate Eveling my son is doing fairly well. Nasal polyps are his major issue, some GI issues, but lungs have been good. We also have an Aerobika and exercise is also recommended, but the vest treatment is daily, twice a day at least.
