My husband and I were traveling from Reno to Eugene monthly for court ordered visitation for our 2 kids, but my sister in law lives in Coos Bay and we were gonna stay there and I was 12 mins from her house and a sheriff pulled me over because at that point with my other 3 kids we’d been driving 11 hrs and I was over it, so I was in the passing lane and floored it to pass them and lowered cruise to 80….wellll it was a 55. My husband was like “antennas, unmarked car” and I didn’t register cause I was jammin out and it was a burgundy SUV so I didn’t think about it. But I’m like damn everyone is under cover now a days. Luckily he was cool and because my driving record is good i got it lowered and in Coos County you have a whole ass year to pay it!! In NV you have like a month at most. So I was like hell yeah. I miss Oregon though. Everyone is chill.
