Don't buy into the fantasy. Everyone has their ups and downs. Same with her. This is intended to make everyone envious and to SELL PRODUCT that she endorses. Know that she has all the same insecurities as anyone else, despite having money, a ton of makeup and a pampered life. Good for her. Don't hate your life for it. In comparing, someone always loses. Don't let it be you. It's just all part of the continuing romanticization/fantasy build-up of people who are just...surfers.
