Honestly, it’s so hard to get up and go to the gym. I recommend that you buy a decent price maybe 1200 or less treadmill and put it in your house. It’ll help you do it every day even if you don’t feel like you have time. I really enjoy watching your content .You got drive and definitely give yourself more credit. We are hard on ourselves as humans. I ‘m excited to see you reach all your goals your setting and I can’t wait to hear more!!!also the medical field school should be free. Y’all are angels!!
