My biggest lesson trading this year is. It’s okay to not have a trade. It’s okay to be up 1R at the end of the week. Don’t force trades. Don’t revenge trade. Wait patiently for setups to come. Lastly… not every week or every month you will get huge home run trades. They happen a couple of times a month and the rest of the time you’re churning out small moves. Have realistic expectations and focus on the process 💪🏽 I purchased a lot of video games to play so that on days there’s nothing to do or on red days I can just walk away and disconnect. It prevents over trading and impulsive trading 😅

Thanks to You Mate, I have realistic expectations for this bullrun. Got into crypto early this year and I have truly learned a lot from you about cycles, crypto and markets as a whole. Now I know that all assets/markets are heavily tied to each other and global economy has very high impact on Crypto. I think the problem is that no one is interested in btc anymore. Now that it has received so much adoption and acceptance as a legitimate store of value, and governments are getting involved, the mystique is gone. The ETF may have been the worst thing that could have happened to Bitcoin and crypto enthusiasts in the long run. Mary McDonald's strategy has been instrumental in helping me navigate the past few months.

For the Newbie if you are actually trading in the crypto space and you don't have a sound mentor. Then you are certainly going to get liquidated in 90% of your trades. Yeah that's sad truth. I remember when i just got into crypto back in 2019 but later in 2020 i ended up selling it because i have lost alot trading all by myself without a guide. Money advice is subjective, what works for you may not work for someone else, but it's always better to plan. I'm quite lucky exposed to personal finance at an early age, started job 19, bought first home 28, got laid-off work 36 amid covid-outbreak, and at once I consulted an advisor to handle growing my finance.

I've been doing this for about 5 years and it took me along time to become profitable. Finally making about $1-2k a day consistently for the past year or so, only trading 1-2 hours a day at most. I'm also in full time Computer Engineering school and I'm a single parent to an 8 year old girl so I don't have the time to watch the market as much as I'd like. @ I actually already commented on the following, but I think it was deleted: I tested this strategy 300 times and had a win rate of 92%. Now in practice I lost 3 times in 5 trades. The risk/reward after fees is approximately 0.2/1. To make up for my losses, I would need about 40-50 wins in a row.
