They will most probably have come to him in with a box of dozens of other items in the form of an Ebay Mystery Box, full of random items from a wholesaler. I do the same thing on a smaller scale and this is how I get most of the stock for my shop, hope this helps.

Great video, really enjoyed that. How did you go about finding your warehousing space to make it work for you financially? What I mean is I’ve seen a lot of spaces available, but the monthly rents on them seem to mean you would be spending a good portion of your sales, just on rent. Any tips?

I’m not good at explaining things but I’ll give it my best shot. Apologies for the essay in advance 🤣 so every space I’ve ever took on I’ve always been nervous about thinking it’s going to eat all my profit and cripple me financially. But everytime it’s been the opposite. Every space no matter how big, you will 100% grow into way quicker then you think. Meaning you can buy and store more stuff and in turn list more stuff and that will lead to more sales. So it actually pays for itself. Plus if you want to grow then whether you want too or not you have to pay for space. If you stick to your home or shed etc, there’s a limit to how big you can grow. So it’s all down to how bay you wanna grow and how big you wanna grow

Nothing wrong with secondhand boxes. Obviously damaged ones will not be used as boxes. To help the environment it’s better to not ever buy brand new if you can help it and recycle and reuse where possible

I rarely do free postage. I only do it if I need to stay competitive. And it’s not always about making profit. Some items like packaging supplies is simply to gain feedback and also after all fees the money just literally makes my own packaging supplies free if that makes sense
