1) Could you please deep dive to the things you have mentioned in your video like “ items improve the working process of the Application “ what are the suggestions you are giving to Improve the application ? 2) How do you handle the technical team as they have more inside knowledge of the application ? 3) any conflicts between the teams and management ? 4) how to settle things with difficult stakeholders? 5) As a new BA how did you get the complete Domain knowledge plus different Applications Knowledge so you can deal with Technical teams and Stakeholders?
