yes i do!! i play a bunch of different instruments, but the drums and guitar are probably my favorites (at least right now haha) but that's awesome!☺️

considering applying to vassar right now! question: is it like in the middle of nowhere? is poughkeepsie like ingrained into the college? i ask because i'm worried about ending up somewhere rural. thank you!

poughkeepsie is 2 hrs north of nyc. the campus is large and perfect which is good because not much to do in poughkeepsie

hi! geographically speaking vassar is located in the suburbs (not rural!!) just outside of downtown poughkeepsie. the campus itself is pretty large and like a bubble, but if youd want to go off campus there are nearby restaurants/diners, stores, thrifts, and other typical things youd find in a suburban area (cvs, starbucks, etc.) theres also a mall & movie theater that's about a 15 minute car ride away. also the city is only an hour and a half $20 train ride :) hope this helps!

Going to Vassar next year! I’m from Los Angeles so I have no idea how snow works but can’t you just wipe the snow off your bike?

yay, congrats!!! and technically yes you can but the seat and handle bars would still be soaked and then my hands would be wet and cold and plus i was already running late and didn't have the time to deal with all that so it just was best to take the L and walk😭

Hey, I’m thinking about going to Vassar. Would you mind telling me more about you Vassar Christian Fellowship? I am currently the president of a Fellowship of Christian Athletes at my school and would love to be a member if I did attend. What’s the vibe like? Is it a club? Are there any scholarship opportunities for leading it? Is the fellowship super liberal/conservative? Thanks for this video btw, it helped me get a sense of the school environment and was overall just really useful.

of course! VXF is a super chill club that's a great space for believers seeking community and fellowship with other believers AND for non-believers who have questions or are looking to have open discussions. we have a large-group meeting every week and small groups meet various times throughout the week (we've had lots of different small groups like bible study, prayer, ALPHA, Apologetics, etc.). we also host events from time to time and are in contact with churches and organizations throughout the neighboring communities. there are varying denominations throughout the club, from nondenominational (me!) to catholic to apostolic, and a handful of other Christian clubs on campus (Vassar Catholic Community, to name one). while there unfortunately aren't any scholarships I know of for it, its still a great community to be involved with :) hope that answers everything!
