Day in the Life of a Cruise Ship Singer: Crew Parties & Cast Sing-Alongs

Hi everyone! Here is my first post-install vlog!!
I wanted to show the two very different parts of our day, now that we're not busy with install rehearsals. We often spend half of our days on the beach, and the other half in the theatre. Two very fun things, but also very different!
The first half of this day is spent at a crew foam party in Cozumel that was organised by our ship, and the second half is back in the theatre at work. We had a dancer rejoin our cast so we have extra rehearsals to put him back into the show, and then we perform my favourite show Life!
Apologies for it being such a long time between the film date and upload date!! I was still working on the install video editing at the time :P I'm such a slow poke with technology!

You don’t necessarily need to have experience or training, but it is quite competitive for the jobs! So definitely prepare as much as you can, and I would recommend at least some kind of training! Feel free to shoot me any other questions on Instagram! @hay.may xxx

Hey Albert 😊 most cruise lines have a rule that cast members have to be either 18 or 21. But you can definitely start preparing now and possibly even auditioning!

Thanks for watching! I have only worked with Celebrity Cruise Lines and unfortunately can’t tell you my personal wage, but I believe it can vary quite a bit amongst the different lines. I don’t know an exact number though sorry! x
