How do you keep straight all of the facebook accounts/google ad accounts access?

We own business accounts on Meta/Google and are given partner access to each account, which are then added to our portfolio! (A pretty standard procedure for agencies). So, the only login we need to keep track of is our own, and then all of our clients' accounts are collectively listed in one place.

I’m so curious about these work from home without childcare jobs are possible. I work from home as well but definitely couldn’t do my job without full time childcare. Your employer is supportive of you having your child home with you while actively working?

yes! I do have childcare for a half-day on Mondays and full-day on Wednesdays (Henri's grandma watches him those days) -- but yes, they are aware of Henri & are extremely supportive (we'll have internal calls with our kids & pets coming in for cameos! haha). Most of my remote coworkers do utilize childcare to an extent (or have school age children), but I think it's just handled on a case-by-case basis. Right now it works really well because of how early I start and how long Henri naps -- so in the future, more childcare may be necessary depending on how things shift ❤
