Give it a few more months or a year or two, Jessica Lee will be loved by all Filipino the way we love Sandara Park. She's authentic. Walang ka arte arte. Di pa importante. Asks a lot of questions and generally gives huge complements to the staff/owner. Knowing first hand gano ka hirap ang makigpag sapalaran at kumita ng pera ang isa regular na mamayang pilipino. Plain curious on how the job is done and is doing it together with the owner/staff of the establishment.

May tendency pa naman na mamana ko sakit ng nanay ko na parkinsons at alzheimers so if dumating ang time na ganun na, exit nalang kaysa pahirapan ko pa asawa ko at mga anak. Honestly, 250 a day for assistant workers is not enough eventhough accomodation is provided and meal is given. Pure profit a day for Kuya Ronnie is 5k - 6k, that totals to 150k - 180k a month. Just saying.....

Kuya needs to transfer the oil into the wok without adding plastics. We already have enough cancerous pollutants in our environment, so if you can avoid adding it into oil, that's better. I try to avoid using non-stick layered pots and pans, and use stainless steele and or wooden utensils. (Too many friends and family that have passed from cancer)
