Do you think locum rates for FY1/2s and locum rates for GPs and other specialties are going down?

Speaking from my own experience, my locum rate typically hasn’t changed. It’s remained at £40 per hour over a 3 year period whilst working as an SHO. However, you could argue given the rate of inflation that my pay has decreased over the past 3 years as my hourly rate has not increased.
