Join me for a day in my life trying to do the best I can while struggling with my mental health :) I filmed this vlog on a whim when I was particularly frustrated and it is a raw portrayal of me living my life in Amsterdam while not being entirely mentally healthy. Hopefully it can show you that it is okay to struggle with day to day life and maybe make you feel less alone.
Lots of love ♥

My advice might be offensive but yeah , dont entitle yourself as "Mentally unstable"... you going through a rough patch and its part of life and im sure you will overcome this , and just go along life you know , explore whatever there is and you might find something and never give up your positivity

While I understand where you might be coming from I want to encourage you to consider that what you see online is never the full story. You don't know my medical history or how I have come to arrive at this particular moment of frustration in my life. The term 'mentally unstable' is not actually a medical term, I simply used it as a self-ironic way to describe how I was feeling at the time and to hopefully have other people feel less alone that might be struggling with similar things. I also want to clarify that mental illness is not a 'rough patch' and it cannot be fixed by simply telling someone to stay positive. There is a lot more that goes into it. I get that this video is not a nuanced portrayal of my life or what I am dealing with, so I am not blaming you for making certain assumptions. I still appreciate that you took the time to watch my video and leave what I'm sure was a well meaning comment :)

@@CozyWithJosie XD hmm , well what you said is true too yeah but what else can people do to help other than to tell to move on etc? idk usually when i meet people who are in depression or something like that , even if i advice a lot and talk about their problems they just keep complaining about life and never move on and just be negative about it , it was wrong to assume you would be the same as them and yeah there might be lot going on in your life hmm , anyways hopefully you go through whatever you have right now and find happiness , sorry for my mean comment :)) thanks for being polite an making me understand stuffs.

Is this a studio or do you have a bedroom? Also, are you vegan?

I have since moved, but it was a very small 1 bedroom! I really appreciated being able to close the door to the kitchen haha and I am not fully vegan, vegetarian and dairy free a lot of the time, but I do love cheese :D
