My friend homeschools her 2nd grader and her kindergartner and loves it! She started homeschooling during covid and just stuck with it. Now is the perfect time to try it out because if it doesn't work out for your family, you can send them to public school the next year 💕

I’m not a home school parent my child is going to private school. I did think about homeschooling but for my son he’s very social and i feel like him being with kids his age and not around his younger siblings really helps him get that “break”

I have a unique perspective--I was homeschooled almost completely until high school. My parents used regular textbooks and we participated in a homeschool group to have more social interaction. Based on my experience growing up homeschooled and now as a mom myself, I don't plan on homeschooling my own children. Even though I had regular friends, sports and church activities, I missed out on a lot of important social development by not physically going to school everyday. I just think that school attendance is important for all of the little life lessons we can only gain from experience. If that makes sense. I 100% do understand the apprehension about sending kids to school in today's world, because I feel nervous for my kids too. But I just like to share my perspective because I rarely ever hear people who were homeschooled discuss their experience. Its typically just parents choosing it now who want to share. At the end of the day, always do the right thing for your family!❤

That monitor would have given me so much peace of mind when my girl was a baby. I’m glad mamas today have modern technology to help watch over their precious children. Nothing is more important than their safety. Another great video!

Hi Abby. Lovely video. The muffins looked delicious. Home schooling is getting so popular if you can do it go for it I think if my son was younger I think I would definitely be doing it I never thought about it before but a lot of families are doing homeschooling now. My youngest is 13 and I wouldn’t want to take him out of school now but with your children being younger I think that is the best age to start before they get far into school. Totally agree! They have no idea what traditional school looks like so that part wouldn't be challenging! 💛 I feel like starting at Kindergarten would make it easier for all!

My friend was homeschooled and had a sibling that was navy’s age and two siblings that were ur boys age and then her and her mom said once the younger two got the hangs of homeschool and there schedule they got very good at doing some of the stuff one there own and it helped when the younger one got a nap she would go over all the stuff they did so far and saw what they did and then at the end of the day would go over it together and practice in that hope that helps any 😊

I highly recommend home schooling! I home schooled my oldest which he is now 7 and i did that for 2 years before puting him into a small private christian school. I live in Arkansas and we have great private schools. Theres no way id ever put my children in a public school. Not in any of the 50 states. Its disgusting the corruption they are teaching the children with gender identy and trying to change childrens gender!!!! Makes me so mad! Also other things they teach and their curriculums. The curriculum i was using with my son before i placed him in our small local private christian school i used abeka. And its the same curriculum that his school uses for pre k all the way to 12th grade. I love love love his school but if his school didnt exist id be home schooling. We are 💯 blessed with his school. Thank God theres still good schools out there that protect our children from gov. And corruption. Anyways i highly recommend homeschooling and theres sooooo many curriculums out there. Good luck! We homeschool, and it was the best decision for our family. We use My Father’s World curriculum, and also have found an amazing co-op we meet with once a week. I also went to public school, and even worked for the public schools for 8 years. Even though homeschooling is far from easy, and has its ups and downs, knowing what I know about the public schools gives me the needed confidence that we’re making the right decision. 🤍
