Thank you so much for BEING REAL ! Truly enjoyed the information and highly appreciate it..Calendars are a very useful tool ! I also highly recommend filling out a daily to do list that comprises of "most important tasks", "todays to do tasks" and a "prepare for tomorrow list". I find it to be a more forgiving system for daily planning :) and I must say, that white board you have in your bathroom, gave me a chuckle but its genius ! Haha

Locals clients does not need your Email Id..but entire world needs a good & quick respond from you..because you use the KZbin channel as a business tool and people watching your offers through this youtube channel and then they want to contact with you after some time your clients found your respond is not quick and then your presence on KZbin is going spoil.. If someone want to be your business partner ?? There is any space ???

HI, What is the net profit after selling a house of Cad 400,000 for example? Just to get a rough idea.Thanks
@AdityaKumarSoma4 жыл бұрын
In Windsor mostly 5% total commission - 20,000 But generally buyer agent gets 2.5% and seller agent get 2.5%. If you end of double ended you keep all 5%. From which you brokerage will take some cut
@armandlegrand38814 жыл бұрын
@@AdityaKumarSoma do you have to pay to the brokerage part of that 5% ? what is the net after all expenses?

@presidentobama93893 жыл бұрын
@@armandlegrand3881 The seller pays the brokerage 5%, then the brokerage after taking its split, pays the listing agent their commission after sale closes.

Hello Aditya, am realtor in my own country and I hope to continue once I relocate to Canada. Thank you for all the wonderful enlightening videos you put out here. I would like to ask, the house listed for 149 and sold for 70, is that 70 also mortgaged by the bank or outright sale. Secondly are realtor there happy that when the listing price reduces greatly to selling price cos that means the broker or realtors commission reduces greatly? Thanks and looking forward to your reply.

Hello, awesome looking forward to see you as realtor in Canada. It depends on the purchaser, yes banks can lend you money depending on your financial profile. It depends on the seller personal situation if they’re in very very urgent need of money would not mind selling it for less price. Good/great realtor always aim to work in the clients best interests not personal interests

@AdityaKumarSoma4 жыл бұрын
You can do wholesaling with out license. Generally slow in winters, but also depends on your marking plans and you client base - if your good at things you will have business all day long
