Going for a walk after lunch is a great idea, I should start doing that. I used to try and go for a walk after work on days I WFH, but I'd usually be too tired from work, or in the winter it'd already be dark out.

8 hours a day (40 hours per week). But in terms of actual focus work, probably around 4-5 hours a day.

I visited your KZbin video. Your KZbin channel all videos have low views. You have many problems with your video. Your video has not perfect SEO (Search Engine Optimization). Your video SEO is under 50 out of 100. But you need 75+ out of 100. If you can do 80 out of 100 SEO, the video will get many views. Next problem, your video does not have a perfect keyword.
