Just found your channel and wanted to say I love your energy bro and the growth mindset you have. I completely understand where you’re coming from in regards to not having that routine and it causing stress. Whenever I fall out of my routine (especially when I can’t get to the gym) I feel so out of rhythm and my body just starts shutting down and things go wrong. i used the free version of davinci resolve in all of my current youtube videos, now that i got a new camera and shoot 10bit video i had to upgrade to the paid one but the free one is perfect 🫡 my edits are not too complex i just try to record the clips in a way that they go smoothly together, and also lining up the clips with the music youre playing makes a huge difference

I'm going back to uni next year after I'm done with my internship. I have a few questions: 1. yoo good questions! thanks for stopping by the channel aswell 👊 1. When I work im in work mode, my phone has notifications turned off and theres no other distractions near me. this way its a little harder to break focus and makes it easier to enter flow 🫡 2. i take little bit longer breaks inbetween my work blocks which has helped but honestly i havent found a perfect solution for this, usually after a day of work im drained 3. i havent dropped out, i just do uni at a bit of a slower rate (in finland uni is free) so not stressing about it atm just focusing on work more atm 4. for interns people just want to see someone who wants to grow and tries their best to achieve that, you shouldnt be under any big pressure of being the best, but to be excited to face new challenges and start tackling them. also something thats underrated is to go talk to people around the office and being a good colleague, if people like you and like to have you around, theyre more likely to root for you and go the extra mile to help you get to the next level 🤝

What do you think is best when waking up? Eat breakfast or do gym first and then food? Is coffee important in our lives? Perhaps, the energy it gives can help out a lot but with sufficient sleep, do we still need it? l seen people being obsessed or desperate (as in they need it, not out of habit) drink more than 3 a day. l am not a coffee drinker so my knowledge and feelings are limited. The closest drink to it is black tea, l do prefer tea as a drink for energy and relaxation. Though juice, fresh and from orange is my favorite. Still, l seem to understand how important is one of hour of exercise. Given situations, it might be best during early day to it.

Breakfast before gym depends on the person, and you will have to try it out by yourself to see what works best for you. I personally can't go to the gym on a completely empty stomach, but if I did I would make sure I had a high carbohydrate dinner the night before so you can feel more energised. Also drink a nice amount of water before going, hydration will impact you that much more on an empty stomach. Some electrlytes would probably help out too, tho I don't think it's essencial if you do everything else right.

for me ive never been into breakfast i just dont have any hunger in the morning so trying to force myself to eat isnt really something i want to do 👀 sure in the workout id probably have more energy but honestly going fasted to the gym feels really good aswell 🤝 for caffeine its just been a super bad habit its a drug that should be used moderately to maximize the benefits so thats why im cutting back on it right now too, we'll see if i can fully quit it at some point 👀 but no matter the amount of caffeine, sleep is always king 🫡

@@LukeMadeIt l remember someone saying having above 10 hours of sleep is a must if you have congenital tasks. l didn't quite understand it, l thought 8 is the best or sufficient. But, l am sure he knew what he was talking about, about why. Do you have a schedule? And if it is same for every day? l always felt that something was used way too often in a day, is surely a drug, about things that can be consumed. Perhaps they are other alternatives to get a burst of energy or solving temporary a bad sleep day? Like fruits, salad, dark chocolate (in moderation), something which l don't know yet. You get the idea. .l remember a saying " For morning, eat like a rich man. For noon, eat like normal man. And for night, eat like a poor man". l believe it has to do with work or a day. A human would surely need energy from food for the first half of their day A valid idea but often, it depends on the person and his case?

@deadspace4755 my sleep is actually quite consistent and i use the ouraring to track it everyday (disclaimer i work there) but in many of my other videos i actually show the sleep stats idk why i didnt add it to this one but sleep has been super important to me for almost 2 years now 🤝 for fasting theres actually quite good evidence of it increasing productivity, sure eating a light breakfast might be good aswell but eating alot in the morning causes brainfog which i avoid by fasting, and during the first half of the day is when i get the most important stuff done too 🫡 and too close to bed i dont eat huge meals either because i dont want my body to be using energy for digesting food when its time to rest 🫡 thats been working quite well for me

hey! to be completely honest there are quite a few mandatory math classes, those were the hardest for me aswell but if you keep pushing you will pass them like i did. sure it took longer than for some other students but end goal is the same it just depends if youre willing to push through 🤝 id say its worth it

haha the keyboard and mouse combo goes hard 👊 my gym routine is push/pull/legs and i just rotate that so basically: push = pushing muscles (chest, shoulders, triceps) pull = pulling muscles (back, biceps) legs = legs HIGHLY recommend getting the membership gym really helps me in other areas aswell not just health you dont need to become a huge bodybuilder but just pushing yourself is so beneficial 🤝

Take Harvard CS50's Introduction to Computer Science. In my opinion the best possible foundation you can get as a software developer and it is suitable for complete beginners. At the end of the course you will be able to make a full stack application on your own for your final project

hey bro! first i just wanna say that no matter what roadmap you do its not going to be quick to become a SWE (atleast in my exp) so be prepared to do this for a while if you want to succeed 🫡 i dont know your experience level but i usually just recommend people start with python to get their feet wet and learn some fundamental stuff about coding and i think python is the easiest for that and thats what i did aswell and build some projects after you know the basics 👀 so just pick some course from someone you trust and finish that course dont stop midway through or switch languages just start coding. i see someone recommended CS50, i havent done it myself but if you liked it then just finish that one before moving forward dont switch resources constantly it will slow you down after that if you know you want to get into web stuff id complete the Fullstack Open course or i hear the odin project is good aswell so you can take a look at that aswell but some course that teaches you web dev and after the course again build projects its the key to learning 🤔
