I think harish, you have to change some sort of things. Bcz you are stuck on that point only that point. don't work like a vlogger just change some type of content like how can do start a startup from scratch or down falls or create a product and its life cycle from 0 to market revenue and so many things. if your target audience is like this than you can go further and also going. First thing big mistake of taking a such a expensive office space, next mistake is that you such a high cost of living. Don't do that, if you want to socialize with other startup co-founders it's easy, you don't have to rent a expensive office space.
