I was so happy to hear you are Reformed Baptist!! 🎉 Same. My first clue was the HeartCry mug. 👍🏻 I love watching your videos. Are your parents also Reformed Baptist?

Thank you for joining us! Yes, we love HeartCry. That mug was a gift from one of our visits to the office. God has used them greatly to bless the Church. Yes, my parents are also Reformed Baptist. They live in Maine and have a KZbin channel about family life to the glory of God.

@This-Blessed-Life I used to listen to Paul Washer as a teen sometimes, but did not become Reformed Baptist until a few years ago. Many in my family are Anabaptist. We have gone back and forth many times about whether to head cover or not, especially since so many we know treat it as a salvation thing. I enjoy seeing women who do.

@@HerdingLittleCowsoh, I agree! And I am subscribed to your channel as well, and I enjoy watching as I have time. Thank you for what you share! I am a mom of 7 myself, and my husband and I are surrounded by people who disagree with our "leaving our family size to God" belief. It's rough out here! But we know what we believe is right. Also, we love children. 👍🏻

@@sophiehomemakermany in Wayland's extended family are Anabaptist also. We become Reformed Baptist in our younger years, having been taught it by our parents and other trusted sources. Both our parents practiced headcovering in accordance with 1 Corinthians 11, and our church does as well, so it was never taught to us in a legalistic context, but rather out of joyful obedience and submission to the order of the God Who saved us. We do not believe we are saved by it.
