Day in the life of a toy maker: sewing, packing, shipping | small business diaries

Packing and fulfilling orders from the past week, which included penguin toys, a whale, and a baby goose. Once an order is placed, I sew the packing bags, stamp them with my branded stamps, and carefully pack the toys for shipment.
Yes, my business is small enough that I handwrite the "from" and "to" addresses on each package myself. And I often walk to the post office to ship every order personally. These packages are on their way to Singapore and Germany, ready to become new friends for kids.
