Hello Everyone, I am an Olympic rugby player and I train full time for Team USA. This is the first vlog I have ever done so you are watching history. I had a lot of fun making it and even more fun trying to figure out how iMovie works. I hope you enjoy!

I'm an Aussie that didn't follow rugby at all but when on holiday in New Zealand I was going for a run (my only form of fitness) when I was passing this field in Tauranga a few years ago when I saw some very athletic women training in a field. They were doing sprint or speed training, with cones and big bags (which I learnt were tackle bags) and a small crowd of locals were watching them so I stopped and joined them. I sort of realised it was a national team of some sorts dressed in black but asked a local who they were and he relied the women's rugby 7's team. I was stunned at the speed and athleticism of the whole group but one women actually stood out even from this incredible group and even some of the locals were stunned at her turn of speed, acceleration, stepping and change of direction around the cones & bags, it looked almost superhuman like because I've never seen a person move like that. I asked a local who is that incredible woman and he replied "That's *Michaela Blyde* she's unreal bro".
