Hey! Don’t know if you remember me. I posted a few videos back about how I was hearing back about an ortho application I put in. I have an interview coming up. And as mentioned I haven’t been in detail for 3 years now and I needs tips and potential questions they’ll ask! Help!!

Yes, I remember you. Congratulations, that’s exciting. You may be nervous like most of us but try to relax and think of it as a conversation more so than an interview. Know that they already like you and just want to meet the person they read about in the application in person, with that in mind you’ll be more relaxed. One thing they will definitely say is tell me about yourself. It’s okay to get personal in this response, you also want to make sure when responding to that question you tell them why you’ve been out of work and your reason for pursing ortho now that your committing to working full time. They want to know about any gaps in work history so it’s good to take initiative and be the one to tell them why first. They will ask you questions to get to know your personality to see if your a people person and work well with others and work ethic questions. Whenever answering work related questions always answer in a way that proves what your saying is true. For example don’t just say I’m a hard worker but follow up on that by saying “I’m believe I’m a hard worker… there was a time I had to etc…” when you follow up with an example that’s occurred you prove what you’re saying to be true. Anyone can say that they work hard. Also very important once you notice the interview coming to a close you want to ask questions, showing them that your interested in them. Even if it’s a question you already know the answer to, this shows them that your interested. 🦷❤️🥰 I know this was a lengthy response, I will make video on this soon but wanted you to get this before your interview! Can’t wait to hear the good news!!!! ❤️

Do you use a hand scaler? What about stains?

Yes we use scalers, However any white staining occurred is from poor oral hygiene and unfortunately is irreversible, we usually recommend a toothpaste or whitening to help the tooth color surrounding the stains to match up
