first of, the videographer and the color grading is immaculate. that wod Emma did with the BBJO the paces were insane 👏🏻👏🏻 ‘no way shes doing those after that past excercise’ and i just kept saying that to myself everytime she was moving to the next excercise LOL. and congrats on the PR!!!

4:00 once again love the music, love the vibe, so fresh. And it all feels like it fits Emma’s personality so well.

Bravo. Nice take of Emma training. This is exactly how all video recordings should be done. Please coach the rest of the camera dudes in cf and other communities to use a gimbal and stop panning thier cameras up down left right 😂

I was impressed how you and your little assistant, Olivia, seemed to share the same honest, beautiful, unassuming childlike spirit. A rare thing these days. Was truly impressive. Wishing you health, happiness in training and at the games.

Great video! Someone tell them, she's coming! I like that! You've been the one people seem to forget on the field or outside, event after event, even when you win one. Even commentators and filming crew don't really give you a lot of attention and, somehow, you consistently find your way to the top. Congratulations and good luck at the games!

Very refreshing to hear such sounds when all other workout people are putting on dubstep, ghetto hip hop garbage sounds as a standard.

Why does Emma were gloves on the row is it to prevent the hands from ripping? I have throught about wearing some for right now work my hands rip to easy idk why any recommendations on why my hands rip so much would be so very much helpfull I were victory grips and I dowel the grips and I still rip mostly in the palms

Endorsements, sponsorships, KZbin views, and competition money. Most athletes at this level don't have 'day jobs' other than working out & creating content.
