A classic diner that offers food delivery. That is grand indeed. And the atmosphere is balanced... perfect harmony. Brings me fond memories from back home... Mexico. Good times

Greetings to all the hard working restaurant workers. You are all amazing. We don’t get to see all the work you put into every dish and only get to eat it. ❤ THANK YOU! I miss Japan so much. I lived in Okinawa for almost 7 years. I got to traveled all over Japan and tasted their delicious food. I miss even their convenience store food (a fast food type of food). Japanese food is truly a world treasure. Please travel to Japan. It’s one of the most amazing, cleanest, and and kindest country in the world.

I can't believe I am watching a 2.5 hour video without getting tired. I enjoy it so much. Learning about Japanese dishes and the backstage of working as a chef 😮 It must be exhausting but it takes skill. I will always respect chefs and everybody helping them, working in synch.

Me thinking about how many American restaurants have back of house staff doing lines/drugs and wondering if they could perform half as well as these guys (who are definitely clean in every respect). 🤦🏻♀️
I don't know how one man does it all: cleaning pots and pans, dishes, and silverware, food prep, food cooking, serving, busing tables. On the one hand he doesn't have to share his profit with employees. On the other hand this looks exhausting. He gets my total respect. He makes it look easy; like he has been doing this since birth!

Question ? I see you use real glass bowls and other dishes for to go orders..Do the customers return the bowls/dishes back to you at a later time? I wish you were not across the world and many many miles away! Not only would I love to try the food, the people are so very kind.

I watched all the videos, but to be honest, there was something about Japan + Sushi that is delicious and that is wrong. If you study more, you will be able to make more delicious sushi.
