I'm not going to lie I was in her majesty 5*-7 hotel many years ago now and when this time of year comes around and for the guys that are fasting get the meals brought in from outside chefs and the food is proper so I tried it one year and I did everything the correct way apart from actually changing my religion I even stopped smoking and everything AND BOY I HAVE A COMPLETE AND UTTER RESPECT FOR THE RELIGION AND I WANT TO SAY TO YOU PEOPLE WHO GO ON LIKE YOU ARE FASTING BUT GET CAUGHT IN MCDONALD CAR PARK SMOKING ALSO SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF

Fasting helps the body to correct itself, helps the organs to clean out an rejuvenate by giving them a break, reduced consumption Enables the body to focus on getting rid of the toxin and tarter an any further build up and preventing further blockages, helps get back to standard settings as the reduced consumption of food which may have created an in balance of acids and fats an any other unecessary chemicals in the body due to poor diet choices, similar to overdosing the body to wrong daily intakes of wrong products Trust me it’s much more scientific than what was explained, that was too foundation level of an explanation
