Devin, I’ve been a type 1 diabetic for 22 years, diagnosed when I was 8. There are days when I feel like I can’t even take care of myself. Diabetes is exhausting, and the fact that you take such good care of Ivey while living with a chronic illness just shows what an amazing mom you are! Ivey is so precious, and it is evident how loved she is! There’s no doubt that she knows it too! ❤ Praying for you as you figure out what works best for you on this diabetes journey. Hi Kendra. I was diagnosed at 9 years old. I’m 30 now. It really does take a toll on your mental health. Between the lows and highs and then the 24/7 being on top of it all. Making sure you have all your supplies if going out. Really wish there was a cure. I wish you nothing but the best!! ☺️💗
