I love sushi 🍱 I’m currently 5 months pregnant 🤰🏻 and yes, as long as the sushi is fully cooked, it’s absolutely fine. I eat with confidence my shrimp tempura roll 🍱💕 and I also switched to brown rice because during pregnancy going whole grain helps prevent gestational diabetes. Happy thanksgiving 🍁🦃🍽

My all-time favorite Starbucks drinks are the chestnut praline latte and the pumpkin cream cold brew. I just tried the new sugar cookie drink but with oat milk instead of almond milk, and it was sooo good! I also love to get a caramel apple spice when I go to look at Christmas lights 🎄

Sushi is amaaaazing. You can eat sushi as long as it's cooked. Nothing raw. I ate it while pregnant with my son. Omg those blowy things I love! How cute! I didn't know they had tiny ones

Currently 24/25 weeks pregnant. Sushi is a staple in our house 😂 he eats whatever but I’ll eat anything tempura fried/ cooked, California rolls etc. They’re perfectly safe! They do say to avoid sushi grade tuna just because of Mercury 😅
