struggling with hamstring tendinitis now too any tips?

@@hc6060 okay so what really helped me was ibuprofen, 4 200mg every 6 hours. light stretches helped too for the hamstring. also doing 30 seconds of wall sits but without the wall, do those like 4 times every so often during the day because that strengthens tendons without inflaming them more. that’s what got a lot of the pain away for me

the german sentence (8:19) : you said something like „Ich liebe Fleschen“ which is almost correct with the “real”/“right” sentence being “ich liebe Fleisch” - so you just forgot the “ei”-sound and added -en at the end. Pretty good still! I would love hearing more german in your upcoming videos!
