Bro i have one question. How don’t u get heavy legs when I train first in the gym and then go on the pitch my legs get heavy. Do u have any advices? Should I keep going until my body gets used to it?

Yeah, i do it almost every day, so my body is used to it. Its not 100% when i train and i just listen to my body. If i can do more i do more and if i feel tired I do less!

Gym is usually 1-2 hour’s depending on how sore i am, and training on the field is usually 2 hours

no. you do not need to be a citizen of the nation in particular you play in, and there multiple academy players of other nations that play in various academies in other nations. Football is an international sport, so anyone can play for majority of clubs or academies, regardless of country of origin. So do not worry, the internet is here as your hidden guide and support.
