I do hope one day you’ll be in the right head space to continue your weight loss journey, I’m in my 60’s now and my goodness my joints were hurting at the weight I was at,watching your calorie crush vlogs you mentioned the pain and I totally get it. One day Carla, one day you’ll wake up and it’ll just click,you’ll be back in weight loss mode. Whatever your size you’re a great person,weight doesn’t change that.🥰xx

Same for me. The pain from Rheumatoid Arthritis was worsened, by weight gain, as a result of Steroids therapy. They cause a lot of bloating! I asked to change treatment and have been losing weight, steadily but slowly, ever since. The pain has hugely focussed me. You will find your focus when you're ready. You know you CAN lose weight, so don't worry too much about it. It's your health that's important, So long as you're Ok , health-wise, that's all that matters. You're beautiful , inside and out, anyway. I love your Vlogs. Thank you, love from Cannes (30°+ here daily😊)

My Frenchie had a litter 6 years ago, seemed a good idea at the time but I’d rather stick pins in my eyes than go through that again. Lost a month of our lives while the six puppies were tiny. I kept one of the girls, it’s hard enough just having two dogs xx
