Yes the effort of going out for gym or a good walk and a swim is totally worth it. Especially when it is so cold outside. Feel you. Where I live in France is not cold really but I lack courage. Though kicking my **** sometimes makes wonders! I love swimming. Back home I treat myself with a nice dinner and sleep like not a baby but its better. I am a very lazy person, the older I get the lazier, oh dear!
