you inspire me so much, your the reason why i want/became a barber,right know i have instagram page for the barbering,only have 1 cut there, and like no one was trusting me to cut them up,i even told them for free,so i decided to cut up myself,i messed up ofc😭, but i really want this barber lifestyle, i want to do this because is fun and i just want to make people happy,and i know i will not get good over night,commitment is key,and i will keep grinding, wish me luck guys

Brother. As a barber I've really struggled with the culture around charging too much. I am blessed to have a clientele that books me out and allows me to support my family. Even still I constantly struggle with the morality behind charging more than 35-40 dollars a cut. This industry has made it seem like any one can be a barber, but they don't say that you have to be about your clients and not just about the money. Too many videos of kids cutting hair in their high school bathrooms, and if they did have their license they would know how disgusting and unprofessional that is.
