Frickin loveeee your FDOE videos! Glad you’re back! May I suggest a video on the adjustment its been grocery shopping since moving back to the states. It’s my understanding that the FDA allows ingredients in foods in the US that are avoided in European countries. Do you feel more cautious when looking at ingredient lists after living overseas? Just a content idea :)
