Yes you will, all trophies are gained during this gameplay and shown as well. However you must not skip any scenes to gain all trophies

I managed to get the one for sitting through all the cutscenes, but I don't know what unlocks the rest of the trophies. damn things are locked behind the "do the required thing to unlock the trophy but you have to guess what the thing is" description

CorleOne the 'Chef' trophy took a few attempts because Ed came up the stairs too early and caught me, he was quicker than shown in the video but I overcame it after a few attempts

There is a little secret in the intro, when the gang is about to enter the mansion, you can see the shadow of a woman in a window, and before the game transitions, you can see her wink at you. It is a bit obvious, but on the original i thought it was a programming error, and when i saw it here i semi-freaked out that i found a secret on my own.

AKMRHL for that trophy you just need to pick up 15 items, it doesn't have to be at that certain point. Plus you'll have pick up 50 near the end to get another trophy :P

So you have put the video tape inside the vcr, you have pushed the record button and the red light on the left hand side is turned on? After that you have to click on the right hand side on position "ep" and rewind the tape.

Hi - it took me also several attempts - as mentioned in the video comment, sometimes you have to walk around a little and then wait again. This trophy can be achieved any time in the game when Hoagie is waiting. Just go on playing and sooner or later it should show up when Hoagie waits a little.

If you want to achieve all trophies you also have to play the video game on the computer in the game. There you will gain the "Chef" trophy at 52:38. This is needed if you would like to achieve the platinum trophy. =)
