dude i admire your courage! i grew up in tondo but i never ate the day old chicken.. some people love it though, I think its an acquired taste or something. but the balut and redhorse is the bomb! cheers!

It always makes me laugh when my wife won't eat something in America that she thinks is weird. I'm like "dude, you eat Balut. You can't be scared of cottage cheese". Haha
