He did have a bad streak. I think its because of the recent switch to carbon. He is probably finally adjusted.

@@subdue8182 The bad streak started before the carbon switch. From what I feel, it started when he miscued in Mosconi Cup 2021. The one where he was trying to pot a ball hanging over bottom left pocket with low + a little bit of left spin. I think his confidence was gone after that. After yesterday's match, I think his confidence is back and the weight loss helps with better performance too.

What would make these highlights so much more enjoyable is if instead of 90% deadspace and replays the action was cut shot to shot in 10-15 seconds clips with important commentary and making sure not to cut awkwardly. I don't want to resume to a place in a rack i have no idea how it got there, nor do I want to miss the tail end of a runout after a tricky shot with 5 balls left. It also makes the players look worse because "highlights" are often misses and opportunities and you don't see someone run 20 balls straight

These edited videos sometimes come up with hilarious stuff because the announcer's words are often taken out of context -- the edit is to show the pool, not what the announcers have to say. With that said: 10:33
