Hello again. In this video, I will do a little bit of magic. I will turn yellow lights into bright white lights.
My Passat is happy and more aggressive. :)

yap. Both looks bright, but I prefer the white one. Still works, still functional. :) I think I have done an edit mistake. I have put bulb on both, instead of Bulb and LED. 6:12 and 6:17

Salut! Am incercat manevra asta la un hyundai i 20,care are drl ul tot in bara si becurile led nu se aprind,soclu p21w bec cambus cu 33 leduri 6000k.La tine s -au aprins din prima,fara erori in bord.Care o fi cauza la mine de nu se aprind?Au fost verificate in casa la un incarcator de 6 volti si se aprindeau...

Salut. La mine s.au aprins fara probleme si de atunci nu am avut niciodata probleme. Eroare in bord, nici atat. La tine fiind o masina model mai nou, este posibil sa nu accepte alt model de led.

Salut. Multumesc pentru comentariu. Din pacate nu mai am VW Passat, dar poti cauta pe Google ce model de lampi se potrivesc la masina ta. Depinde de an fabricatie, putere motor etc.

Salut George. Nu au spus nimic si nu cred ca ar avea de ce. La urma urmei din bec alb/galbui (lumina calda), este un bec alb, nu albastru sau rosu. Nu vad sa fie impotriva regulilor cerute.

This tutorial should be titled "LED Fog Lamp Install on VW Passat". The daytime running lights (DRL) are located with the headlights my friend.

Hi George. I am afraid you are wrong. If you check the video @ 08:06 you will see there is no bulb on, inside the headlights. My car has signal and main lights into the headlights only. The fog or DRL bulb is situated as you can see on the bottom (underneath).

@@ValyArdeleanu I guess you must have the European Passat which is different than the North American version. The North American Passat has the DLR located in the same lens as the headlight and the lens bellow on the bumper is the fog lamp and turn signal. With that in mind, the tutorial should be titled "LED Daytime Running Lights Installed on a Europe spec B7 Passat". Post more videos, I like your style!

If you knew the European and American Passats were different, you should have concluded that this was the European version. The plates, the accent, more than enough clues.
