Day Six - Denny's, Clearwater & Epcot Forever - Florida - November 2023

Pier 60 has lots of events later in the day, market stalls and musicians. It’s dead in the day, but amazing to stand on at sunset. Get onto a speedboat and out into the ocean, the dolphins follow you Finally that store..sigh.. I was suffering from depression for months and one day we were in there and I was warm, just out the ocean, my kids and wife were smiling and I realised I had a feeling I hadn’t felt for a while. I was in the moment and happy ❤ Hootie and the blowfish playing also…

Next time you go to Clearwater drive a bit further to sandkey beach , there’s parking and changing rooms ! When ever we’ve gone swimming cheeky wild dolphins come swimming and teasing you ! I’ve swam with them lots of times it’s fantastic! Worth a visit ! Always stop at Robert’s Christmas shop near the cause way near the us 60 / 19

@@worldpadlock5628 seriously it was fabulous they kept coming closer and as I swam closer they would wait until I was in stroking distance and then swim off but kept coming back ! We went to the Gambia and went on the Alex haley trip , the boat stopped in the Atlantic and they asked if we wanted to take a dip in the Atlantic ! I did and along came the dolphins! If you go back go up to sandkey beach x great vlogs x

You eating at Denny’s, then driving by a Waffle House, cracked me up. Waffle House is an institution in the South, they love it. It’s the place you go to at 3 am after a night of partying. They say if you are drunk, you go to WH. If you are hung over, you go to Denny’s. If you know how to fight, you go to WH. If you don’t know how to fight, you go to Denny’s. When WH is in the news, it’s usually due to some big brawl at a location that goes viral online; they’re all over KZbin. These fights don’t happen often, or at most locations, but it’s given WH a reputation. I’ve never eaten at one, they always look dirty to me, but they are always busy with people of all ages. BTW, if you mention the cleanliness, then they say you aren’t drunk enough if you notice it. WH is mostly located in the South, with limited locations in other states, those most states don’t have any. It, and the Piggly Wiggly - a Southern grocery store chain, are things I hear Southerners talk about with great fondness.
