Hey Casey! It’s so nice to see that you aren’t afraid to show your little red cheeks, my face has been a complete WRECK here lately! 😩Everything has been setting my face on fire so, I’ve been going makeup free as often as possible and applying either a thin layer of Aquaphor or Tallow Balm on it to try to tame down my redness. 😕 I’m currently in my “week before” my period right now and I only slept for 3 hours last night (insomnia sucks), I’ve been super lightheaded and have been cramping all day. 🙄😐

Yes I am very unwell the week prior. What I do to get through it is reach out to my sisters and close friends, talk about how I’m feeling, give myself a lot of grace. My sister often reminds me to speak kindly to myself while I weather the storm. Just keep in mind it won’t always be this way and it will get better ❤️‍🩹

Yes, Girl! I have had 2 kids also. Thwy are very clpse to the age of yours. I got diagnosed with Pmdd in April of this year and my Doctor put me on progesterone. It has been life changing! I went from full blown RAGE the week b4 my period to just a little irritable! Go get u some girl! You will feel so much better!

I am also very unwell the week before my cycle 😅 my skin starts breaking out and I am easily agitated by everyyyyything. My poor fiancé is a saint when I am in that state! I’ve actually found that forcing myself to workout or doing something I enjoy at night helps a bit!

.i don’t have periods anymore. It’s been over twenty years. I had a hysterectomy. I was having my period every two weeks. That was fun. After the surgery, they gave me a shot that was supposed to be hormones that would last me a few weeks. Well, they did not. We drove forty five minutes to gambling boat. We went in stayed about ten minutes. And I told my husband I needed to leave. It was really crowded. And people there were just pissing me off. So we left and drove 5he forty five minutes to get home. And we didn’t go back there for a little while. Until I could handle it, without feeling like I could punch someone. Anyone who looked at me wrong or was rude. So I do understand. But I don’t go through it anymore.
