Hey Clay. Can we get a video on how to trade "properly" lol. Or give examples of when a good entry point/ exit point is when trading (preferably going long)

First, thank you for the training videos I very much appreciate them. Everybody likes to tout their successes and I am very interested in those but nobody ever shows their failures. Any chance you could show a real time loss and go through maybe the reasons on why it didn’t work out the way you wanted it to? Again thank you for the education you have provided.

I believe that even if the trade takes 5 minutes, the preparation to know what exactly to trade is much longer. I think it might be wrong to say that it only takes 5 minutes-
@claytrader3 жыл бұрын
Nope. Once you get your strategy in place, you don't need a tone of "preparation".

Is there a way to trade longer (9:30am - 4:00pm EST) without experiencing boredom / revenge / emotional trading? I know people that trade for long periods of time but don't know how they can mentally do it. Any ideas?

If something ever wore the truth, it be What you said that learning to trade is the tough part and it requires some blood sweat and tears. There’s just so much to study and practice cava if that’s OK. It’s part of the process. I got two more segments of your course, and then I look forward to the live guidance which I believe it’s notes, if I understand correctly. And by the way, your free content is just as useful to me as your fee courses. Thanks!

Hey Clay! I usually trade chart pattern like triangles and wedges on stocks. Now I've discovered forex for me and I feel like chart patterns work better on forex than on stocks. What do you think or what have you experienced?

You're awesome. Thank you. If one was to start directly from scratch, how quickly could the average trader learn enough education in order to officially open an account and start their first trade? A week? 3 months? What's the possibility of beginning within several months of just starting to educate oneself PROPERLY from scratch? Fair chances for the average person?
@LAINCOMOSERMILLONARI04 жыл бұрын
Personally, I think you should start with paper trading until you get comfortable with how the market works, then slowly get into live trading while employing minimal risks. I mean, the time frame is subjective
@jonwheeler754 жыл бұрын
@@LAINCOMOSERMILLONARI0 True. It largely depends on the individual and their ability to absorb risk. I personally learn from doing and immediately traded with real capital. I found the mistakes I made taught me more than if I only did it on paper. Again that's just me but losing 800-1000 IRL darned sure taught me not to make that same mistake again. Also i only invested 50% of my balance at Any one time to stay relatively liquid in case of large fluctuations. As I got more comfortable I increased to 60%, then seventy percent, and finished at 75% because I always want Some liquidity in case buy opportunities present themselves.

DEFINITLEY NOT a week... that I can say for sure... but yeah, there are just too many variables to say for sure, but yeah.. don't get into this thinking it will happen in "a week".
@TyranyFighterPatriot4 жыл бұрын
@@claytrader agreed. I'm thinking around half a year preparation through education (obviously doesn't stop after that) then begin with coins you can use as an artificial experiment. After getting good with it then at least open and account and start small to experiment. At least it's a start.

@@claytrader its like you were speaking to me specifically. Time is very important to me and I need my moves to count. I have a feeling I'm probably better to set & forget with fractional points in time where I can truly watch the screens for several hours at a time.
