Now I can definitely say I avoid all impulse trades which I used to get trapped in. I constantly wait for my setup however sometimes I pull the trigger before the setup comes and no need to explain what happens next 🤣. A1 setups don't come often we need to wait for these. I truly thank The Profit Academy for cementing (not complete yet though) these psychological things in my mind, I am trying to cement these things completely. I watch these videos again and again similar to Mark Douglas's videos on trading psychology.
