Why are people saying Apex is not paying out? Can we verify if people are being payed out? When was the last time you got a payout?

Probably because they aren't following the rules.

I've been paid out 5 times in the past few months by Apex. But some people aren't getting paid out. I don't think you need actual proof, they just aren't. Jump on X or any of the platforms, including KZbin and just do a search, and you'll see. The real issue is the video that came out recently that pretty much proves Apex is working against their traders to try and get them to fail. So yes, while most likely people aren't getting paid because they broke a rule. The video shows that it's Apex's goal to intentionally cause their traders to fail. To me, that's not being a "good partner", something they've asked multiple times for their traders to be. So, for that reason, I've started challenges with two other prop firms and will be moving my trading over.
