This video is going to break down how I used the Time and Sales today to spot aggressive buyers in the market. I speculated that those buyers were looking to enter the market and price was going to rally to discover price at the closest supply zone above. This works in thick markets like the S&P 500.
If you have any suggestions for future videos such as Day Trading, Investing, Stock Market, Option Trading, Real Estate, Robinhood, TD Ameritrade, ThinkorSwim, Crypto & bitcoin, Entrepreneurship, Forex, or fun daily vlogs. Please let me know.

So for options it is better to look at the time & sales for whatever call or put you want to trade? Doesn't it make more sense to look at time & sales/level 2 for the underlying security of that option?

Hi, I love the video. I’ve been learning a lot from it. Thank you so much for your work. I just have a question. I do use Interactive Brokers for trading futures. I know IB data feed is very bad and inaccurate.. do you think I should change broker? Is accurate time and sales important for day trading or could I trade even without it?? Thank you

I use Time and Sales on a 1 minute chart for futures trading. What I love is when buys come in above the ask or there is action below the bid. I set ES T and S to only show me 10 completions or more and block trades are set at 80. Another thing I look at is..at the ask price for example..when the ask price starts to decline after a move. The view is still green..but the price gets lower. That often is a short indicator. And vice versa with the bid. Like I say to people..I don't know how you trade and support and resistance without knowing what is happening with T and S. You are flying blind, IMO.

Here's the thing I've found by setting T and S too high for regular buys and sells. Let's say there's an ask..or a buy above ask at 50 contracts. You immediately think long..BUT..below the 50 is a ton of bid activity going on at 5, 10 contracts. You do not see those because of yr. setting.Suddenly yr. long position starts retreating. This is why I set the Ninja T and S at 10 max with blocks at 80. Actually I have gotten to the pt. where I really only pay attention to block orders unless I get a screen fill of smaller contract sizes. What do you think?

Hey Carmine, excellent and informative video, just a question: I know you say that old supply doesn't become new demand and vice versa, but isn't the 2hr supply became a new demand zone as shown in the video? Or am I getting this wrong. Anyway great video and thanks for sharing!

Yes, we never really bid above the zone. So we held value inside/balanced inside supply, which is a bullish sign

How come the price goes down when the ask is getting hit? isnt the opossite? as more traders/buyers hit the ask agressively, the price has to go up?
@JK-nd1oo
@JK-nd1oo 2 жыл бұрын
The price DID go up when the aggressive buyers came in hitting the ask, as he explains at the 6:30 mark. That candle he's referencing was a bearish red candle initially, and as those aggresive buyers came in they drove price to new highs, making that same candle close very bullish/green.
