Hello Dave. Respectively texting I must address a concern I have with you. I noticed that when you walk or stand your feet pan outward. This is what some people call being duck footed or have duck feet. I suggest that you see a professional to correct your stance. As we age the muscles in our glutes and lower legs will weaken as years go by. Joints in knees and ankles will go unsupported and weakening the spine structure. This becomes very painful as you age. Then you might take pain meds which eventually won't keep working. Please take the time and address your health please. Ken😊
